This production line operates on shoe soles through a total of seven processes, including spraying medicine, glue spraying, baking, fluorescent detection, and inkjet coding. The entire shoe manufacturing line operates normally with just two operators, with a production capacity of approximately 3000 pairs per 10 hours. The shoe sole glue and medicine spraying use a dual-channel, dual-robot arm mode to enhance production efficiency, allowing the spray guns to operate without waiting; automatic positioning triggers camera scanning, compatible with various types of shoe soles, saving time in setup; camera scanning data automatically generates glue spraying trajectories, significantly reducing the time needed for machine adjustments.
